about

The last 'official' giant sons show. We were coming off our first longer excursion out of town, a two-week Ontario 'tour' with local comrades The Down And Out that consisted of approximately six shows including: a basement show in Kitchener at which we almost got beaten up, a show in Toronto at which, just prior, a pigeon shat on Robbie, and a show in Thunder Bay playing to absolutely no one.

We came home broke and tired. We opened for Propagandhi at the WECC the week after. David T. moved to Montreal a week after that, ending the band. Robbie and David G. started Rough Music soon after that. Our stuff was rereleased on G7. We played a reunion/G7 release show at the Albert in 2006. Beave joined Propagandhi. 'Repairing The Damaged Beard' became 'Tertium Non Datur' on Supporting Caste. No one bought my bass amp. It was the best of times.
